I have to cancel an appointment. Am I going to be charged a cancellation fee?
As long as we are given 48 hours notice of the cancellation, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Who is responsible for the cleaning supplies?
Generally, our customers will provide the cleaning supplies, but if you would rather us to provide them, then we will do
so. We are flexible, so we will do whatever works best for you.

What days are available for cleaning?
We currently clean Mondays through Saturday. However, if there is enough demand on Sunday, we will consider
cleaning seven days a week.

How can I earn free cleanings?
You can easily earn free cleanings for referring customers to us. For every new customer that you refer to us, you will be
eligible for a free cleaning* – and there is no limit on the number of free cleanings that you may earn!

How do I get an estimate for the cleaning of my home?

are free!
